Quality management system
We are implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, with the goal of making our internal processes increasingly clear, traceable and focused on continuous improvement — to the benefit of our clients and all stakeholders.
What we are doing
- defining and updating processes and responsibilities
- structured management of risks and opportunities
- monitoring of key indicators and outcomes, with periodic reviews
- developing and controlling QMS documentation

The QMS is structured in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
SUSTAINABILITY AND COMPLIANCE
Ethics, ESG and whistleblower protection
We embed the principles of sustainability, ethics and regulatory compliance across everything we do, in line with the core ESG pillars.
EcoVadis
Polistudium has been assessed by EcoVadis for its sustainability performance, achieving a score of 58/100. The assessment covers four areas: environment, labour practices and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)
Our near-term science-based target has been validated by SBTi Services and is aligned with a 1.5°C trajectory.
Polistudium srl commits to maintain zero scope 1 and scope 2 emissions through 2030, and to measure and reduce its scope 3 emissions from a 2025 base year.
